Testimonials

What Our Clients Are Saying

My physio plan approached the issue in several ways (stretching, exercises, massage and taping) which gave me confidence for a safe and speedy recovery.

Elizabeth

Patient, Physio

Alison was able to provide me with an exact diagnosis of my knee and hip pain, with some rehabilitating exercises – since then, I have had no issues with either joint.

Jason Couts

Patient, Gundaroo Physio

I have used Alison’s professional services recently to great effect.  Alison is both a trained physio therapist and a tilted sports physio therapist with decades of deep experience across multi sporting disciplines including sports veterans/ athletes.

Alison delivered outstanding results in my treatment for a serious tear in my left hamstring and other associated issues it caused. Her multi- faceted experience, excellent communication and listening skills, understanding of seniors/veterans  and personal engagement provided an effective, tailored treatment package, addressing remediation, flexibility, sports specific requirements – in my case cycling, all within an engaging package of expert care, well beyond just providing you with an exercise sheet and a standard consult.  In my case she provided specialist physio, remedial massage, expert strapping,  muscle &  nerve remediation and range of movement strategies to the point where I role the Tumut Classic 100 kilometre bike ride on Sunday 13 January.

I highly recommend Alison, without reservation.
